    <abstract language="eng">&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Recent studies have shown that phenazines exhibit various biological activities&lt;sup&gt;1-6&lt;/sup&gt; such as antitumor, antibiotic, antihypoxic, antileprosy and antihelminitic. 3-Aminophenazin-2-ol was prepared&lt;sup&gt;7-9&lt;/sup&gt; together with 2,3-diaminophenazine as potential building block in our program to review the chemistry of phenazine&lt;sup&gt;10-15&lt;/sup&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
