			&lt;p&gt;Thiosemicarbazide derivatives are well known for their bioliogical activities,&lt;sup&gt;1&lt;/sup&gt; Many thiadiazoles also possess potential fungicidal,&lt;sup&gt;2-6&lt;/sup&gt; hypotensive activity&lt;sup&gt;7&lt;/sup&gt;, herbicidal,&lt;sup&gt;8 &lt;/sup&gt;and pesticidcal activity.&lt;sup&gt;9&lt;/sup&gt; Keeping this in view, the titled compounds (1, 2) have been prepared following the reported procedure&lt;sup&gt;10-12&lt;/sup&gt;, (scheme-1) and were tested for their antifungal activity.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
