			&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;The aim of the present study was to perform stability study of sustained release granules of metoprolol tartrate stored at different storage conditions. The matrix granules were prepared by wet granulation method with 20% drug and HPMC K100M, ethyl cellulose as matrix former and coated with Eudragit RS/RL at a ratio of 97.5:2.5 w/w in Fluid Bed Coater. Stability study of matrix coated granules was performed as capsule dosage form in Aluminium-PVDC packaging mode at 25&amp;deg;C /60% RH and 40 &amp;deg;C /75%RH for six months. There was no remarkable change in shape, size and colour of the granules after 6 months storage in all the conditions. The sustained release granules after even storing at 40&amp;deg;C/75% RH for 6 months showed no remarkable change either in physical appearance, drug content and dissolution pattern. The results of the stability studies indicate that the formulations could provide a minimum shelf life of 2 years.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
