College of Commere PATNA - 800020 (INDIA) <p style="text-align: justify;">Some cis dioxo-metal (VI) complexes of dibenzyl sulphide having general formula [MO<sub>2</sub>(ligand)<sub>2</sub>A<sub>2</sub>] (M = Mo/W; A = Cl/OH) have been prepared and investigated using elemental analyses, magnetic, conductometric, IR, uv-vis, and <sup>1</sup>H NMR spectral data.
