    <abstract language="eng">&lt;p&gt;We have synthesized (2E)-N-(3-chloro-4-fluorophenyl)-2-cyano-3-(methylthio)-3-[(substituted phenyl)amino]acrylamide by using different aryl amines and that reacted with hydrazine hydrate or 2,4-DNP to obtain series of 5-amino-N-(substituted-phenyl)-1-(substituted)-3-[(3-chloro-4-fluorophenyl) amino]-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamide. The structures of new compounds were established on the basis of spectral and elemental analysis. The title compounds were screened for anti-bacterial (agar diffusion method) and anti-oxidant activity (ferric ion reduction method) and inhibition of denaturation of protein. Most of the compounds have shown promising activity.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
