The formation constant of Ranitidine Hydrochloride (dimethyl {5-[2-(1-methyl amino-2-Nitrobinylaminoe-thylthiomethyl] furfuryl}-amine hydrochloride) and 6-methoxy naphthaldehyde has been carried out pH metrically in aqueous solution at 30<sup>o</sup>C, at 0.1 molar fixed ionic strength.
