<p style="text-align: justify;">Polarographic investigations of Co(II) with penicillin benzyl sodium salt have been carried out in aqueous medium at two temperatures, 25&deg;C and 30&deg;C. The study was conducted at pH 6.00. Cobalt(II) undergoes irreversible 2e_ reduction process with penicillin benzyl sodium salt. The shift in E1/2 of Co(II) was positive. The kinetic parameters (K&deg;fh, an) were calculated adopting Meites-Israel and Gaur Bhargava&#39;s methods. Results obtained, using the two methods, are in good agreement.<br />
