    <abstract language="eng">&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Electromagnetic wave propagation over epoxy dielectric sheet has been proposed. Electromagnetic wave propagates over the epoxy dielectric sheet and equation for its velocity has been derived. The velocity v of electromagnetic wave in polymer is given by above proposed equation has been used for epoxy dielectric. It has been found that on increasing the frequency wave velocity of electromagnetic wave increases.&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
