The present work is undertaken to make the systematic solution study of the complex formation of Co(II), Ni(II) Cu(II) and Zn(II)transition metal ions with tazobactum(L1) and chloropheniramine maleate(L2)drugs at 27 oC temperature and 0.1 M ionic strength(NaClO4) in aqueous solution pH metrically. The proton and metal ligand stability constants of complexes were determined and correlated with basicity of ligands and atomic number, atomic radii of metal ions.
