Ultrasonic velocities (U) and densities (r) are measured for solution containing glutamine, methionine and serine, at different pH. The variation in ultrasonic velocity values have been used to determine the isoelectric point at 303K. Acoustical parameters such as adiabatic compressibility (k), free length (Lf), apparent molal compressibility (fk), available volume (Va), acoustical impedance (z) are also calculated. These values are supported by conductivity measurements.
