Innula recemosa (Pushkar mool) plant of compositae family distributated in Jammu & Kashmir. The flavonoid and terpenoid present in Etoll : Benzene eluents minimise the glucose level in blood, which inhanced by gluco flavonoid and alkaloids. Experimental study releals that 1% carraginine soln, induced inflammation in hind paw of albino rats significantly effected by I. racemosa as well as its active principle. Hypoglycemic study show the preventive as well as curative effect of I. racemosa. Alcoholic extract of I. racemosa is capable to block the adrenaline at different site of circulatory system such as heart, capillaries and hormonal level.
